Задачи
•Develop reliable, scalable solutions with a focus on high-quality, production-ready code
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including application logic, architecture, and feature implementation
•Engage in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and Idea Talks
•Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and roadmap discussions
•Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive test coverage
•Support the continuous integration of new technologies and engineering best practices
•Optionally participate in technical interviews, mentor team members, and contribute to dev2dev sessions or external meetups
Требования
•4+ Years of hands-on experience in web development
•Strong proficiency in core Python and asynchronous programming with Asyncio
•Deep hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI
•Solid practical experience with AWS
•Experience with AI-assisted software development at enterprise scale, including Claude, AI-powered coding workflows, and SDD
•Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
•Practical experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems
•Ability to implement features end-to-end using TypeScript/React
