Responsibilities
•Design and implement Python-based AI agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues
•Develop natural-language matching, classification logic, and LLM applications, including RAG pipelines and intelligent automation, to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
•Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and business stakeholders to map workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation
•Develop ideas from proof of concept into scalable, production-ready LLM applications integrated with Python applications, APIs, and data platforms
•Support initiatives involving rule-text interpretation, sourcing and transformation logic, and automated code generation
•Design, implement, test, and launch Python applications using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and React, integrating them with client systems
•Deploy and operate applications using cloud platforms and tools
•Clarify requirements with customers, help identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues, participate in code reviews, and drive team collaboration
•Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and validate their output
•Mentor and lead development team members; lead project scoping, roadmap, and architecture discussions; coordinate plans and track tasks; ensure the Agile team can handle stakeholder demand
Requirements
•At least 6 years of software development experience and strong Python proficiency
•Hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade AI applications, using LangChain, and optimizing RAG solutions beyond API queries or notebook experiments
•Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, Python coding standards, and industry best practices
•Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and FastAPI
•Proficiency in React and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and tools, including AWS, Terraform, and Docker
•Ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows
•Excellent English communication skills
•Ability to work across technologies and support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows, rather than being limited to a single language or platform
