Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices focused on business logic within an insurance policy platform
•Produce and maintain clean Python code
•Contribute to application architecture, including design and implementation
•Build and improve software and services through CI/CD pipelines
•Discuss and implement security protocols within software and services
•Participate in sprint planning, estimate development efforts for features and stories, and take part in code reviews
Requirements
•Hands-on experience with Python 3.9, pytest, behave, boto3, and VSCode
•Strong experience with microservice architecture
•Solid experience with AWS services, including API Gateway, CLI, Console, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, EventBridge, IAM, Lambda, SAM, Secrets Manager, Step Functions, and Systems Manager
•Solid experience with REST APIs, including Stripe, Rapid7, and Swagger/OpenAPI 3.x
•Experience with Git, BitBucket, code review and analysis tools (Bitbucket, Codacy), and issue and project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
•Good level of English for daily interaction with the customer
