Regional Product Manager
Responsibility:
•Deep dive stakeholders (incl. scientific leader, clinical HCP, online HCPs) insights through multiple channels
•Develop regional scientific leader engagement plan
•Develop executive plan with clear objective & KPIs setting, and drive execution excellence, incl. HCP peer to peer education events
•Develop celebrity HCPs on disease education
•Customer engagement on core clinical departments
Qualification/Requirements
•5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry
•3+ years' hands-on experience in marketing
•Relevant department stakeholder engagement experience preferred
•Bachelor's degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
•Advanced level of stakeholder engagement, problem solving and productive communication
•Willing to travel including on weekends
