Задачи:
•Create and update the project roadmap
•Organize processes and motivate the team
•Plan sprints, manage the backlog, and prioritize work
•Conduct grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos
•Manage project risks
•Set up, adapt, and manage project processes from requirements gathering to technical support
•Interact with clients, negotiate, and manage timelines, risks, and customer business expectations
•Communicate regularly with clients about development, strategies, and business goals
Требования:
•2+ Years of experience as a Project Manager
•Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid software development life cycle models (SDLC)
•Experience managing projects with various methodologies
•Excellent planning skills and the ability to switch between projects without losing focus
•Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers
•Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility
•Ability to multitask and work under stress
•English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
•German at Intermediate+ level or above
•Nice to have: technical background, experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or Automotive, experience with SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce
