Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and platform initiatives within a fast-growing international organization. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, establishing clear delivery plans, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and platform projects.
•Translate business requirements into clear project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans.
•Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
•Identify issues and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
•Support project planning, estimation, execution, and project closure.
•Establish project plans, status reporting, and regular project updates.
•Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
•Monitor project resources, timelines, and deliverables.
•Identify potential delivery risks and escalate issues when necessary.
•Maintain clear documentation of project decisions, changes, and action items.
•Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external partners.
•Manage dependencies between different teams and workstreams.
•Coordinate with third-party vendors and integration partners.
•Support release planning and delivery readiness.
•Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Provide clear and regular updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
•Facilitate project meetings and discussions.
•Communicate project challenges and delivery impacts to relevant stakeholders.
•Work closely with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in day-to-day project delivery.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within technology, software, platform, or outsourcing environments.
•Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
•Strong experience in project planning, estimation, execution, and closure.
•Hands-on experience with RAID and stakeholder management.
•Experience working with vendors, external partners, or third-party integrations.
•Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders while maintaining hands-on project involvement.
•Experience with project management tools and software.
•Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
•English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above (B2+).
•Russian proficiency sufficient for communication with local/regional stakeholders and project teams.
•Strong ownership and accountability for project delivery.
•Structured approach to planning and problem-solving.
•Ability to bring clarity to complex projects and cross-team dependencies.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to make practical decisions and keep projects moving forward.
Nice to have
•PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
•Experience in international technology or product environments.
•Experience in the online entertainment, gaming, or related technology industry.
