Responsibilities
•Own approximately two concurrent improvement projects, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes
•Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies, missed SLAs, and escalation patterns, and design solutions
•Track performance before and after changes to validate impact and ensure sustainability
•Work cross-functionally with Technology, other Service Operations teams, and external partners to implement solutions
•Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively
•Engage directly with clients or suppliers in complex scenarios
Requirements
•1–4 years of experience in project-based, operational, or consulting environments; this is a guide, not a strict requirement
•Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
•An ownership mentality and ability to see work through end to end
•Clear, proactive communication skills
•Comfort working with ambiguity and refining problems as needed
•Data-driven approach to prioritizing work and validating impact
Nice to have
•Experience in operations, logistics, or service delivery
•Consulting or fast-growth startup background
•Exposure to SLAs, operational dashboards, or cross-functional delivery
