Задачи
•Serve as the primary liaison between Technology Digital teams and Business Units for IT Demand Management
•Drive demand intake prioritization, governance, and stakeholder communication
•Coordinate the preparation and approval of Project Documents, Statements of Work (SOWs), and related documentation
•Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
•Oversee operational activities, including resource onboarding and offboarding, renewals, and vendor coordination
•Conduct performance feedback discussions for resources and support resource governance
•Provide regular project status, financial, and governance reporting to stakeholders
Требования
•Experience in project management
•Strong experience in IT Demand Management, stakeholder management, and project governance
•Experience managing SOWs, contracts, and resources
•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
•Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification
