Задачи:
•Plan and decompose Art team tasks, managing the art pipeline, backlogs, and sprints
•Define and track project timelines, including roadmaps, deadlines, and release plans
•Distribute tasks among artists based on workload, capacity, and competencies
•Customize Jira with custom fields, workflows, statuses, filters, dashboards, and automations
•Structure and analyze large tables and datasets to improve production efficiency
•Aggregate data from multiple sources to build reports, metrics, and visual dashboards
•Identify process issues, risks, blockers, and bottlenecks through data analysis and implement solutions
•Coordinate interactions between the Art team and producers, game designers, developers, and marketing
•Oversee art asset quality control against references and art brand book guidelines
•Organize and facilitate team meetings, including plannings, retrospectives, and status syncs
•Maintain project documentation, including task trackers, art guidelines, and reporting in Jira, Trello, and Notion
Требования:
•5+ Years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with creative or art teams
•Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and analyze large volumes of data
•Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Grafana, Tableau, or similar
•Advanced proficiency in Jira
•Clear understanding of the art production pipeline
•Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
•Ability to build effective communication across technical and non-technical departments
•Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
•High responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resistance
•Fluent Russian
•Intermediate or higher English
Nice to have: experience in game development, animation, or digital production; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; knowledge of advanced resource management tools; basic understanding of artistic disciplines.
