Описание: Remedica is a Cyprus-based pharmaceutical company active in more than 110 countries. It develops generic medicines and provides contract development and dossier development services to pharmaceutical companies, combining development expertise, EU-based manufacturing, regulatory know-how, and quality-focused operations.
Задачи:
•Coordinate the preparation and completion of project charters, including project scope, timelines, and cost parameters
•Lead project kick-off activities, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
•Monitor day-to-day project activities, milestones, and deliverables across formulation and analytical development teams
•Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver projects on time and within budget
•Track procurement and order status for materials, tooling, and development resources to maintain project timelines
•Establish and manage development agreements with Contract Research Organisations (CROs), defining scope, budgets, and timelines
•Monitor CRO performance, provide regular updates, and escalate risks or delays when required
•Oversee analytical method development, validation, and transfer activities
•Track formulation development, scale-up processes, and validation batch execution
•Manage project changes and communicate updates to key stakeholders
•Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to R&D leadership
•Prepare and present regular project status and progress reports
•Update project management systems and departmental databases
•Identify project risks and opportunities, implement mitigation plans, and escalate concerns when necessary
Требования:
•Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
•At least 2 years of experience in a project management role
•Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management systems
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Nice to have: a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field, Project Management certification or relevant training, experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing sector.
