Задачи
•Lead non-standard, cross-functional fintech product projects from start to finish by defining scope and timelines, coordinating involved teams, flagging dependencies and requirements early, and keeping delivery on track
•Identify and resolve issues that slow down or block fintech product initiatives, escalating when needed
•Turn recurring blockers, requirements, and solutions into reusable playbooks and share them across product and regional teams
•Coordinate with local business teams and supporting functions to design and adjust country-level monetization schemes, identify necessary changes, and drive them through implementation
•Work with analysts and strategists to build monetization plans for each country or region, bringing together input from relevant teams
•Support fintech launches in new markets by coordinating readiness across product, local business, and supporting functions
Требования
•4–6 Years of experience in project management, business operations, or fintech/product, ideally with multi-market exposure
•Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and timelines
•Fluent in English and Russian
•Nice to have: Understanding of payment and monetization models
