ArtBot

Project manager in digital out of home

In short

Junior Project Manager role at ArtBot, coordinating delivery of creative, technology-led Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising campaigns for major brands within the Omnicom network. The job involves managing timelines, coordinating creative assets, liaising with creative teams, developers, media agencies and clients, and supporting quality checks and launch verification. It's a hybrid role based in London (3 days/week in the Bankside office), requiring strong organisational and communication skills rather than deep technical experience — prior project coordination or advertising experience is a plus but not essential.

About the Role
We're looking for a bright, organised and proactive Junior Project Manager to join ArtBot's growing Digital Out of Home (DOOH) team, helping to coordinate the delivery of creative, technology-led advertising campaigns for some of the world's leading brands. ArtBot specialises in dynamic advertising, using technology and data to create campaigns that respond to the world around them. Think digital billboards that change their messaging depending on the weather, location or time of day. Behind each of these campaigns is a team of creatives, developers, media agencies and other specialists, all working together to bring an idea to life.
Responsibilities
•Helping to plan, coordinate and deliver dynamic DOOH campaigns from initial brief through to launch
•Working with creative teams, developers, media agencies and external partners to keep projects moving
•Managing timelines, tracking milestones and making sure everyone knows what's needed and when
•Coordinating creative assets, ensuring materials are supplied in the correct formats and meet quality standards
•Keeping clients and internal stakeholders updated on progress, chasing outstanding information and flagging potential delays
•Supporting campaign quality checks, launch verification and reporting
•Building your knowledge of creative production and campaign delivery, gradually taking on greater responsibility for project planning and management
Requirements
•Naturally organised, a strong communicator and quick to pick things up
•You'll be someone who enjoys working with different people, takes pride in keeping things on track and isn't afraid to follow up or ask questions when something needs sorting
•Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle different tasks and deadlines
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•A proactive, practical approach to solving problems
•Good attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of your work
•Confidence using everyday tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
•An interest in advertising, creative production, technology or project management
•We're equally interested in people from other backgrounds who have developed strong organisational and communication skills and are keen to learn
Nice to Have
•Previous experience in project coordination, advertising, media or marketing would be useful, but it's not essential
•Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign or After Effects, would be a bonus, but isn't required
Conditions & Benefits
You'll be joining a small, collaborative team within the wider Omnicom network, combining the opportunity to work on global advertising campaigns with the hands-on experience and variety that comes from being part of a close-knit business. The team is growing as ArtBot expands its campaign delivery capabilities and develops new technology platforms, making this an exciting time to join. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, gain exposure to different areas of creative and technical production and have the opportunity to develop your project management skills as your confidence grows.
