Salt is partnered with a customer engagement and marketing technology consultancy seeking a Technical CRM Implementation Project Manager for a contract role.
Задачи
•Lead delivery across 1–4 concurrent CRM and MarTech implementation projects
•Manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, acceptance criteria and change control through to successful delivery
•Work closely with clients, architects and technical teams to keep projects on track, proactively manage risks and control scope within fixed-price or gated delivery environments
Требования
•Experience delivering 5+ CRM, CDP or ESP implementations or migrations as a Project Manager on the agency, consultancy or vendor side
•Exposure to platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign or similar
•Strong fixed-price and/or gated delivery experience
•Proven change control and scope management expertise
•Comfortable managing challenging client conversations around scope, risk and delivery
•Experience coordinating technical teams through to client acceptance
Nice to have: multi-brand or group client experience, experience in complex stakeholder environments, CRM migration experience including legacy platform decommissioning and consent migration.
