Responsibilities
•Plan and execute events, including founder roundtables, community meetups, pitch days, webinars, and online workshops
•Coordinate joint initiatives with regional hubs, university incubators, tech accelerators, and co-working communities
•Attend tech conferences, hackathons, and demo days on behalf of Big Sky Capital across Tashkent and Central Asia
•Identify promising emerging founders and channel deal leads to the investment team
•Maintain community databases, coordinate speaker schedules, manage event vendor relationships, and support day-to-day office coordination
Requirements
•0–2 years of relevant experience or meaningful leadership in university clubs, hackathon organizations, tech community groups, or startup environments
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
•Professional working proficiency in English is preferred
•Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across logistics, event preparation, and outreach
•Willingness to travel regionally within Central Asia for events and conferences
•Genuine passion for startups, tech trends, and venture capital
