Responsibilities
•Coordinate the service and act as the main point of contact for the client
•Plan and monitor service activities
•Coordinate the project team and stakeholders from participating entities
•Manage project incidents, risks, and dependencies
•Prepare progress reports and executive reporting
•Participate in coordination meetings and review committees
•Supervise the quality of deliverables
•Support the implementation and adoption of the observability and cybersecurity solution
•Coordinate service transition, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
•University degree or equivalent professional experience in the ICT field
•At least 3 years of professional experience managing, coordinating, or supervising technology projects
•Experience with project office projects, operational deployment management in the last two years, monitoring, ICT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
•Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and tracking activities
•Ability to communicate with technical and business leads
•Knowledge of project management methodologies and progress documentation
•Catalan certification at C1 level or higher
Nice to Have
•Cybersecurity training or certifications
•Microsoft Power BI knowledge and experience
•Project management certifications or training (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent)
