Responsibilities
•Lead complex IT infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects for public-sector clients
•Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and risks
•Coordinate clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams
•Advise and support public-sector clients in implementing complex projects
•Ensure project success in regulated, quality-focused environments
•Apply established project management methods in predictive, hybrid, or agile projects
Requirements
•Several years of experience planning and leading complex IT, infrastructure, or provider projects
•Experience with public-sector projects and regulated environments
•Experience handling public-sector procurement, contract, security, and compliance requirements
•Structured working style, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor
•Experience in the functional leadership of project teams
•Strong knowledge of established project management methods
•Willingness to travel, particularly for public-sector clients, with a focus on Berlin
•German at negotiation level and good English
Nice to have
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA/GPM Level C or higher, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL, GxP
