The global Business Applications team delivers enterprise business applications and specialized Legal Tech solutions.
Responsibilities
•Lead complex, large-scale, international IT business application projects from initiation through validation and rollout
•Oversee implementation, integration, and enhancement projects across core enterprise systems and specialized Legal Technology platforms
•Build relationships with executive sponsors, steer Steering Committees, and align global teams around shared business goals
•Translate technical complexity into clear business impacts, influence decision-making, challenge constructively, and communicate difficult messages
•Manage scope, budget, risk mitigation, critical dependencies, organizational change, and third-party vendors
•Ensure project deliverables adhere to pharmaceutical and life-sciences regulatory standards, compliance frameworks, and validation expectations
•Bring structure, calm, and proactive control to fast-paced, high-pressure, or ambiguous project environments
Requirements
•Significant proven track record as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering complex, global business application projects end-to-end
•Hands-on experience delivering Legal Technology solutions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Matter Management, eDiscovery, or Intellectual Property platforms
•Direct experience in the pharmaceutical or life-sciences sector and strictly regulated environments
•Solid understanding of GxP, compliance, and validation requirements
•Proven experience interfacing with senior executive stakeholders, Steering Committees, and business leaders
•Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation capabilities
•Expert-level capability in risk mitigation, budget control, vendor management, and change enablement
•Calm under pressure, assertive, highly reliable, proactive, and adept at establishing clarity in fluid situations
