Responsibilities
•Own the HR Technology demand management process from intake to delivery
•Lead complex, international IT projects from planning through successful delivery
•Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks
•Translate the HR Technology roadmap into clear and achievable delivery plans
•Coordinate release and change governance with Module Owners
•Manage capacity across internal teams and external partners
•Lead strategic initiatives, including the Eiger G3 and Global Merit programme
•Manage strategic IT suppliers, including contracts, budgets, performance, and delivery quality
•Provide clear communication and progress updates to senior stakeholders
Requirements
•Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business Management, or a related field
•Around 7 years of project management experience, ideally in an international environment
•Strong experience managing complex IT projects and stakeholders
•Experience with demand, release, or change governance
•Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or MS Project
•Experience with HR Technology/HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors
•Experience managing IT suppliers and project budgets
•Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
•Fluent English
