Life Data Lab develops Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related software solutions for clinical laboratories, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare organizations. Its products help laboratories automate workflows, improve data accuracy, integrate with other healthcare systems, and manage the laboratory testing process more efficiently.
Responsibilities
•Lead software projects from planning through delivery
•Coordinate development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams
•Track deadlines, priorities, risks, and dependencies across project areas
•Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
•Contribute to requirements definition and discussions about technical solutions
•Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
•Participate in product implementation and integrations with other systems
•Track project progress and key milestones
•Identify blockers and risks and actively work to resolve them
•Contribute to improving internal processes and project management practices
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role
•Good understanding of software development processes and the full software development lifecycle
•Technical background or hands-on experience in software development, system analysis, QA, DevOps, or a similar technical field
•Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and other technical teams
•Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and basic software architecture principles
•Experience working in an Agile environment
•Strong organizational skills and experience with stakeholder management
•Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment
•Serbian C1-C2 and Russian C1-C2
Nice to have
•Experience leading integration projects
•Experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS), EMR/EHR, or HealthTech products
•Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards
•Previous experience as a Software Engineer, System Analyst, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect
•Experience with enterprise software products
