Role
Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering complex logistics, warehousing, and transport projects? Do you enjoy leading change and delivering projects that make a real business impact? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation team, leading key operational and strategic projects across the business. Working with senior stakeholders, operational leaders, customers, and suppliers, you'll drive the successful delivery of projects that support our growth and transformation agenda. As a Project Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex operational projects, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful outcomes. Initially, you'll oversee a portfolio of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within a major retail transport contract, while directly managing several high-impact projects. Over time, you'll lead larger transport and warehousing transformation projects across the wider business.
