About the Role
As Program Manager at Quantum-Systems, you take on holistic responsibility for demanding projects in the field of unmanned systems. You coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure smooth project execution, and act as the central interface between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your work directly contributes to the successful implementation of innovative UAV solutions in demanding operational environments.
What is your Day to Day Mission
•You lead cross-functional programs (procurement programs) in the military/government sector from planning to successful implementation.
•You are responsible for schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk management to ensure reliable project delivery.
•You ensure transparency and alignment among all relevant stakeholders and support well-founded decisions.
•You coordinate resources and priorities across different teams and bring together technical, operational, and business requirements.
•You monitor program progress, identify risks early, and develop appropriate countermeasures.
•You establish and optimize program management processes, governance structures, and reporting standards.
•You ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire program lifecycle.
•You promote a collaborative and hands-on way of working that helps teams achieve ambitious goals.
•You contribute significantly to successfully bringing innovative autonomous systems to market and enabling our customers to make better decisions.
What you bring to the team
•Several years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, or a comparable role, preferably in the military/government sector.
•Demonstrable experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary programs in technology-driven companies.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and confident presence at all levels of the organization.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional teams as well as managing dependencies and priorities.
•Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
•Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving competence, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
•Experience with common program management methods, planning tools, and reporting structures.
•Very good written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage.
•The ability to operate successfully in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
