Your role
As a production leader, you are responsible for a production group where your main goal is to create the conditions for your employees to be able to deliver and take responsibility for their own and the group's tasks. You do this through present leadership where you are available for your employees, and inform and communicate based on the whole. You have overall responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and team development.
Main areas of responsibility for the position:
•Lead and develop employees
•Operational focus in production
•Deliver set commitments
•Drive and follow up improvement work
•Implement and follow established working methods
Here you will lead a team of about 20 people where collaboration and support characterize the environment and where there is close cooperation with other parts of production. You will lead the group through the growth challenge we are now facing!
Your profile

We believe you have:
•Experience working in production, preferably within Lean production.
•Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
•Good computer skills.
Advantageous experience:
•Previous leadership experience.
•Experience driving improvement work or development projects in a business.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in force at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
