Your role
As a production leader, you work with leading, planning, and steering the work in the department. You have overall responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and team development. You contribute to developing and improving both our production processes and our staff.
Main tasks:
•Lead and develop our employees
•Plan ongoing production and production flow
•Drive and follow up improvement work
•Collaborate with other production management and production engineering
•Collaborate with product development and design in developing materials and products
•Responsible for the department's budget
Your profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, helping individuals grow, and who leads their employees with great will and engagement to achieve expected results. Developing and improving the business by creating participation and motivation is natural to you. You are easy to collaborate with and have good leadership qualities.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have previous experience in a personnel-leading role. As a leader, you are clear, engaged, and committed to continuously developing the business and your employees. You should be structured, resilient to stress, communicative, and have good collaboration skills.
