Mission
Ensure that every propulsion component and system moves from Development to Production with a complete, validated package (PNs, BOM, work instructions and quality controls) that the line can execute without engineering support.
Main responsibilities
•Industrialize new components and changes: receive the frozen design from Development and deliver a validated pre-series package to Production.
•Manage Part Numbers, BOMs and production documentation, including part lists and engine logbooks.
•Create and maintain assembly procedures, work instructions and quality control points.
•Be the link between Development, Production and suppliers in resolving technical problems and in continuous process improvement.
Profile
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
•Experience in production engineering or industrialization.
•Reading and interpreting technical drawings; knowledge of ERP or production management tools.
•Organized and analytical profile, problem-solving oriented and comfortable working across teams.
•Fluent Portuguese and English B2.
Valued
•Manufacturing processes, namely machining and 3D printing.
•SolidWorks Composer.
•Experience in aeronautics or with First Article Inspection (AS9102).
