Mission
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring technical support to the production line, focusing on diagnosing and resolving electronic faults, implementing improvements and design changes in coordination with the development engineering team. Ensure technical support to operators, compliance with production and delivery deadlines, documentation updates, and compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements, promoting productivity and good team performance.
Main Responsibilities
•Monitor the production line and make technical electronics decisions on the ground (fault diagnosis and corrective actions);
•Act as a bridge between production and the development engineering team, proposing improvements and implementing design changes;
•Provide technical support to operators and maintain production documentation;
•Help meet defined production and delivery deadlines;
•Implement instructions received from the production manager;
•Maintain a good relationship and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections;
•Maintain clear and assertive communication with product engineers, focusing on timely production delivery and compliance with deadlines and requirements;
•Contribute to a proactive, focused environment with team unity;
•Lead by example, keeping the team motivated, productive and disciplined;
•Ensure compliance with good practices in quality, safety and environment.
Profile and Requirements
•Degree or Master's in Engineering or related fields;
•Proven experience in the role;
•Knowledge of English, spoken and written;
•Knowledge of technical information analysis;
•Team spirit and good integration skills;
•High sense of responsibility, organization and task planning, and deadline management.
