Mission
Our Tracking Systems are what keep TEKEVER's aircraft connected, even hundreds of kilometres away, in some of the most demanding environments. Combining precision mechanics, advanced electronics, and cutting-edge communications, they're a critical part of every mission. We're looking for a hands-on engineer to help take these systems to the next level, making them even more robust, reliable, and ready for the real world.
Main Responsibilities
•Take ownership of our Tracking Systems throughout their industrialization and production lifecycle, from engineering handover to final customer delivery
•Manage production documentation and lead quality audits
•Investigate non-conformities and develop creative, practical solutions
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product robustness and reliability
Requirements
•Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Industrial Engineering and Management is a plus, not a requirement)
•Strong interest or experience in product industrialisation, manufacturing processes, and quality engineering
•Familiarity with technical documentation, BoMs, production procedures, and configuration management
•A proactive, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership from identifying an issue through to implementing its solution
•Knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement practices is a plus
Other Requirements
•Enthusiastic engineer — You love engineering and building things, with a rich portfolio and a background full of ideas, curious projects, and botched attempts at making rockets
•Systems-oriented engineer — You can conceive and understand a whole system, its subsystems, and its parts, even without full knowledge of every detail (yet)
•Strong product immersion — You naturally dive deep into the product, understanding its intricacies and challenges, with a track record of setting and respecting priorities while systematically solving problems with minimal guidance
