Voi Technology

Product Partner Manager

In short

Voi Technology, a European shared micromobility operator, is hiring a Product Partner Manager for its Core Experience R&D team in Stockholm. The role owns partner integrations and city data-sharing setups across platforms like Google Maps and FreeNow, acting as the key account manager for integration partners and coordinating API-based data sharing with cities. It demands strong stakeholder management, technical curiosity around APIs and data analytics, and experience in partner or account management rather than hands-on development.

# YOUR MISSION AT VOI
At Voi, we are on a mission to create safe, sustainable and accessible cities through shared micromobility. As Product Partner Manager in our Core Experience team, you will play a key role in how Voi connects with external partners, platforms and cities.
You will join a cross-functional R&D team working closely with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders. In this role, you will own and develop Voi's partner integrations and city data-sharing set-up, helping ensure our services are visible, reliable and easy to access across platforms such as Google Maps, FreeNow and for many of our +100 cities we operate in.
In this role, you will:
•Act as the primary contact and account manager for integration partners, building strong, collaborative relationships.
•Understand partner priorities, user needs, and city requirements to define and prioritize key opportunities.
•Assess city tender requirements to identify functional gaps and scalable technical solutions.
•Coordinate data-sharing initiatives with cities and partners using scalable, API-based integrations.
•Manage day-to-day operations for key integrations to drive partner visibility, conversion, and performance.
•Partner with your product team to build future partner tools and resolve daily technical inquiries.
•Communicate effectively across internal and external teams, translating complex technical topics into clear actions.
# WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a curious, structured, and communicative person who enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering, and external partnerships. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable discussing technical concepts, asking the right questions and turning complex needs into clear actions.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
•Technical curiosity and a basic understanding of software products, APIs, and data analytics.
•Experience or interest in key account management, partner management or customer-facing ownership.
•Experience or strong interest in product operations, technical support or working closely with engineering and product teams.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•The ability to understand partner or customer needs and translate them into clear internal requirements or product improvements.
•Exposure to tenders, policy work, public-sector requirements, sales processes or product strategy is beneficial, but not required.
Don't meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't check every box.
