Your mission at Voi
As an Infield Team Lead (Chef d'équipe), you will split your time between field tasks (80%) and managerial responsibilities (20%), including recruiting, training and monitoring the performance of your team of Infield Specialists.
Your responsibilities
•Vehicle allocation: collecting and deploying bikes to maximize their use.
•Logistics: supporting the receiving, packing and deployment of new vehicles.
•Maintaining quality standards: identifying and repairing damaged or badly parked vehicles and maintaining compliant parking.
•Team management: supervising activities to ensure safety, efficiency and continuous performance improvement.
•Talent development: recruiting, interviewing, training and coaching team members.
•Planning: collaborating with Site Managers to optimize schedules and ensure efficient shift execution.
Employment conditions
•Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with flexibility on Sunday if needed.
•Contract: permanent contract (CDI).
What you need to join
•Valid driving license.
•Fluency in French and basic knowledge of English.
•Experience in team management.
•Comfortable with digital tools.
•Available to work rotating shifts Monday to Saturday.
•Sense of responsibility, proactivity and a positive attitude.
