About Tangem

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Product Owner to lead the development of Tangem's in-app services, including swap services, on/off-ramp, staking, and other DeFi and CeFi integrations.
Responsibilities
•Own the product lifecycle of in-app services—managing development, launch, and further business growth.
•Lead the technical team responsible for building in-app services, ensuring seamless integration with Tangem's wallet ecosystem.
•Develop and execute product strategy for swap services, staking, fiat on/off-ramp, and other DeFi-enabled features.
•Work with key partners including liquidity providers, exchanges, and blockchain networks to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations, especially regarding on/off-ramp services, transaction monitoring, and DeFi protocols.
•Monitor market trends and customer needs to enhance Tangem's in-app financial services and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
•5+ years of product management experience in fintech, trading, or investment-related services.
•Experience in brokerage, asset management, trading platforms, or crypto exchanges.
•Strong understanding of DeFi and DEX ecosystems and how they integrate into user-friendly financial products.
•Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with developers on feature implementation.
•Partnership management experience with liquidity providers, staking platforms, and fiat on/off-ramp services.
•Familiarity with financial compliance requirements related to trading and DeFi.
•English language at C1/C2 level.
