Задачи
•Own web funnel optimization across all traffic sources, including Meta, Applovin, and Google
•Run A/B tests to improve ARPU, CVR, and LTV
•Launch and validate new funnels for new sales angles
•Build and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses
•Align the product experience with marketing promises
•Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams on implementation
•Work with localized funnels
•Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth insights
Требования
•At least 1 year of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Monetization in B2C
•Strong understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics
•Experience running A/B tests and measuring their impact
•Data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking
•Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar
•Experience working with paid traffic products
•Ability to define hypotheses and prioritize experiments
•Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis
•Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams
