Description
team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. Six months ago, we started building this small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. Now, after six months in the market with the first squad, we are growing from 1 to 3 squads to deliver a complete Hub experience.
Responsibilities
•Own product decisions for the squad's current scope, with the authority and judgment to move work forward.
•Prioritize and sequence the squad backlog week by week, balancing impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
•Write clear user stories, success metrics, product briefs, and written specifications.
•Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and other product peers to shape solutions and drive execution.
•Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and ensure decisions are documented clearly.
•Represent the squad in key operating rituals, including weekly demos, monthly readouts, and quarterly planning/strategy reviews.
•Contribute to visibility on squad capabilities, product gaps, and execution risks.
•Track product outcomes and continuously refine direction based on evidence, usage, and feedback.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience shipping product end-to-end, ideally in SaaS, platform, marketplace, or multi-product environments.
•Strong product judgment and the ability to hold both big-picture scope and execution detail at the same time.
•Comfortable making product decisions independently, without relying on constant escalation.
•Proven experience owning and improving measurable product KPIs.
•Excellent written communication skills; able to translate ambiguity into clear priorities, specs, and decisions.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial stakeholders.
•Daily user of AI-augmented product workflows; comfort with advanced AI tooling is strongly preferred.
•Reliable, autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
•Experience in zero-to-one or early-stage product environments.
•Experience operating inside a small, fast-moving, cross-functional squad.
•Background in product-led growth, onboarding, activation, or multi-product adoption journeys.
•Experience working in platform, ecosystem, or cross-product environments.
•Comfortable working in an AI-first environment where experimentation and speed matter.
