Responsibilities
•Define and execute the casino product strategy, introducing engaging mechanics, new features, and fresh content to grow core product metrics
•Lead the casino platform rollout in partnership with GR8 Tech, manage post-launch performance analysis, optimize the platform, and scale it
•Monitor player activity metrics and product KPIs, manage margins, and deliver project-level solutions to improve business profitability
•Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage the end-to-end integration of game providers and casino content
•Direct and oversee teams within the Casino Stream, track performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and optimize operational workflows
•Provide expert guidance and data-driven insights to internal brands and partner projects to improve product performance
Requirements
•Deep understanding of iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and core product KPIs, including GGR, NGR, RTP, conversion, retention, and bets per player
•Proven track record of analyzing casino product performance to identify growth opportunities
•Hands-on experience in margin management and optimization in a casino environment
•Strong experience in full-cycle product management, from feature conception and provider integration to rollout and post-launch analysis
•Practical experience sourcing, evaluating, and integrating casino game providers
•Proven ability to direct, mentor, and align teams within a Casino Stream
