Responsibilities
•Monitor compliance with physical security regulations
•Respond to and resolve physical security issues
•Monitor video surveillance cameras and ensure the surveillance system functions uninterrupted
•Control employee entry and exit outside working hours
•Identify and check suspicious individuals, actions, and violations within the office
•Monitor and control office inventory
•Inform the Head of Security about incidents and actions taken
•Maintain entry logs for visitors, couriers, employees, and other individuals
•Issue employee access cards, activate them in the access control system (ACS), and maintain accurate records, including photos
•Manage temporary access for guests and business visitors
Requirements
•At least 1 year of experience in a similar security role
•Valid security license
•Good written and spoken English
•Strong attention to detail and responsibility
•Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations
•Basic computer skills
