Kantox is a BNP Paribas-backed fintech with a product that solves a real, measurable problem for CFOs and Treasurers. We are looking for someone to join our Dynamic Hedging team, take full ownership of one product variant, and support the growth of another. We build Currency Management Automation software that helps companies turn FX from an operational burden into a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
•Running discovery: client calls, hypothesis validation, and market insight, to always understand the why before the what
•Owning and nurturing a healthy, insight-driven backlog with clear prioritisation
•Writing clear, well-structured PRDs and making well-informed product decisions
•Being an active participant in scrum ceremonies and staying close to the development process
•Defining and tracking OKRs for your product area, outcome over output
•Documenting new features and training internal teams when shipping
•Communicating product updates clearly across the company
Requirements
•You have lived a proper PDLC, not just read about it
•You come from a client-driven environment; you have a background in finance or treasury, and you understand how CFOs and Treasurers think
•You move work forward quickly, keep it organized, and take responsibility for outcomes
•You raise your hand before things escalate
•3 to 5 years of product experience
•Background in treasury or corporate finance, with practical knowledge of FX derivatives; you speak the language of our clients
•Proven track record of running discovery, writing PRDs, and delivering in a structured PDLC
•Scrum-certified or equivalent hands-on agile experience
•You manage your work independently, take responsibility for outcomes, and focus on results; you chase your manager, not the other way around
•Strong written and verbal communication: clear, short, sharp
•Embraces AI as part of how they work and learn every day, not a feature, a habit
•Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate
Nice to have
•Experience in fintech or financial services
•Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
•CFA or similar
