About the Role
At eToro, we're shaping the future of crypto investing for 40M+ users worldwide. We are looking for an experienced, high-ownership Product Manager to join our core Money & Crypto team, bridging traditional fiat payments with cutting-edge crypto infrastructure.
Responsibilities
•Own critical money-movement flows end-to-end, including deposits, withdrawals, payment methods (cards, open banking), and crypto/wallet transfers.
•Act as the main POC connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors (PSPs, custodians, on/off-ramps).
•Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear specs, collaborating with engineering on APIs and integrations.
•Analyze funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk (using Mixpanel, Databricks, etc.).
Requirements
•4+ years of PM experience at leading B2C tech companies (Fintech, Payments, or Crypto) handling real customer funds.
•Strong understanding of traditional payments (cards, bank transfers, PSPs) AND crypto infrastructure (custody models, wallet flows, MiCA, Travel Rule).
•Proficient in data-driven decision-making and possess a strong UX sensibility (Figma, Miro).
•Daily user of LLMs/prototyping tools, capable of building interactive prototypes and describing concrete AI workflows.
•An independent self-starter and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
