Responsibilities
•Safety & legal product strategy and delivery
•Internally developed moderation technologies
•Third-party safety partnerships and integrations
•Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance
•Red teaming and adversarial testing
•Trust and safety reviews for new features
•Incident follow-through and continuous improvement
Requirements
•Experience in scaling consumer-facing digital products
•Strong understanding of AI, machine learning or LLM-based products
•Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and success metrics
•Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data teams
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•A highly proactive, ownership-driven approach
•Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
Conditions
The position is fully remote (within CET ±3), long-term, and offers compensation of up to €112,000 for the right candidate.
