Responsibilities
•Mentor and supervise Product Owners and develop roadmaps for the RNG Casino product
•Oversee daily Casino operations, ensure timely task delivery, and escalate issues
•Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and develop new ones
•Escalate significant tech issues and assist with briefing and following up on relevant tech requests
•Collect and maintain supplier roadmaps, network details, and sponsored promotions
•Monitor daily KPIs, focus on suppliers, enhance product performance and new-release reporting, and maintain weekly and monthly reporting
•Track game performance and propose optimal onsite product placement for each market
•Provide Marketing and CRM teams with recommendations on product releases and promotions
•Collaborate with CRM and VIP teams to ensure timely, segmented, and personalized player communications
•Assist the CRM team in developing a communications strategy to expand the vertical and establish recognition for the gaming experience
•Collaborate with the Head of Products and tech teams on continuous improvement and innovation for Casino Products
•Work with the Gaming Experience team on A/B testing initiatives to enhance player engagement, user journeys, personalization, and recommendations
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Product Manager, Casino Manager, or in a similar iGaming role (3 years)
•In-depth knowledge of Casino games, platforms, and player behavior
•Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for decision-making
•Familiarity with agile development methodologies
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to lead and inspire a team
•Continuous learning mindset and awareness of industry trends and innovations
•Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
