About the Company
Emoni is an international fintech group connecting traditional financial services with digital assets and modern payment solutions. It provides regulated financial infrastructure, including virtual IBANs, cross-border SWIFT/SEPA payments, and digital asset services, across Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Canada.
Responsibilities
•Own the end-to-end payments product roadmap and prioritize features that improve settlement speed, transaction success rates, and user experience
•Design and refine payment flows, including virtual IBAN generation, cross-border SEPA/SWIFT routing, payment gateway integrations, and fiat-to-crypto rails
•Write product requirements and user stories, and work with engineering to deliver feature releases on time
•Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure product flows meet CySEC, CBC, and broader EU regulatory standards
•Partner with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payment processors to expand routing options and optimize processing costs
•Track product metrics, including conversion rates, processing speeds, and failure reasons, and use data to decide what to build next
Requirements
•Valid, unrestricted legal authorization to work in Cyprus / EU
•3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Lead in fintech, an EMI, a bank, or a payment gateway (PSP)
•Hands-on understanding of SEPA (Instant), SWIFT, virtual IBAN architectures, and correspondent banking
•Focus on product delivery and system reliability, not just high-level presentations
•Excellent written and spoken English; able to translate complex regulatory and financial mechanics into clear technical tasks
