What You'll Do
•Perform daily manual checks on payment transactions (SEPA, SWIFT, crypto).
•Verify transaction data against customer profiles and documentation.
•Escalate potentially high-risk cases to Senior Compliance Officers.
•Keep neat, organized logs of all reviewed cases.
Requirements
•Fluent English (mandatory — all tools and communication are in English).
•1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Payment Operations, or Back-Office.
•High attention to detail & patience for structured, high-volume routine tasks.
•Basic awareness of bank transfers and digital payment flows.
