Responsibilities
•Build the department's transformation roadmap with its leadership team, mapping and sizing opportunities and making the roadmap defensible to C-level counterparts
•Define transformation outcomes with department leadership, translate them into metrics and baselines, and drive results
•Design the department's operating model from first principles, including AI-driven processes and workflows, human oversight, and decision-making
•Scope and design the products needed for the redesign, including agents, internal apps, automations, and first-version priorities
•Prototype in no-code and low-code tools and validate redesigns against real work
•Deliver with AI Engineers, owning requirements, priorities, and results for work requiring production engineering
•Drive adoption and change management, resetting targets, roles, and rituals as needed so the function continues improving independently
•Own cross-department priorities, shape team prioritization, governance, and stakeholder work, and mentor other product managers
Requirements
•8+ Years in product management or operations at a fast-moving tech company or top-tier consultancy, including end-to-end ownership of a transformation area
•Experience delivering complex organizational change that changes how a team works day to day
•Systems thinking across processes, incentives, metrics, and decision rights
•Product management skills and product sense; experience taking a live internal or external product from zero to one and contributing hands-on to its build
•Strong analytics and measurement skills, including SQL and setting robust outcome metrics and baselines
•Practical use of AI in personal and team workflows, experience driving adoption beyond oneself, and ability to explain agents, MCPs, and skills in plain language
•Comfortable with repositories, pull requests, terminals, reading and changing scripts, and building in n8n, Zapier, Make, Cowork, and Claude skills
•Able to scope ambiguous work, influence C-level stakeholders without direct authority, and maintain a position under pressure
•Comfortable setting an approach and operating in genuine ambiguity without a predefined framework
