Responsibilities
•Deliver features from discovery through deployment in partnership with Senior and Lead Product Managers
•Connect Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders; translate operational pain points into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
•Deliver predictive models to automate back-office tasks, accelerate document verification, and improve fraud detection accuracy
•Define, track, and analyze live model performance metrics, including production accuracy, latency, and false positive rates, and identify opportunities for retraining and optimization
•Partner with engineering leads to groom product backlogs, write user stories, and participate in daily sprint rituals while maintaining security standards
Requirements
•4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment
•Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, data products, analytics, or Machine Learning workflows
•Independently query and analyze datasets using SQL and data visualization platforms
•Understand machine learning concepts, including classification, regression, decision trees, and the model lifecycle from data collection to deployment
•Translate model evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1 score into operational outcomes
•Translate business rules into engineering requirements and explain model outputs and limitations to operational teams
•Deliver pragmatic, incremental value quickly
•Investigate complex backend processes and identify root causes of operational friction
•Respect security, compliance, and data privacy requirements in regulated financial institutions
