What you will do
•Identify stakeholders, gather requirements, and analyze business, industry, market, KPI, and financial data.
•Coordinate communication between business departments and cross-functional product teams.
•Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and the BNPL product roadmap with engineering, design, and QA.
•Monitor post-launch product metrics and convert findings into recommendations for product iterations.
•Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
•Prepare and deliver product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, management information systems, engineering, technology, fintech, banking, or a related field.
•2–3 years of experience in IT companies or startups, preferably in fintech or BNPL.
•Experience with mobile and web application development across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
•Knowledge of fintech products and services, data-gathering systems, and analytical tools.
•Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
•Intermediate English or higher required.
