Задачи
•Drive fintech products from initial concept through launch and scaling
•Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
•Run A/B tests and conduct post-launch analysis
•Track and optimize North Star metrics, including conversion, retention, and LTV
•Turn raw data into actionable product strategies
Требования
•2+ Years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
•User-centric mindset
•Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
Будет плюсом
•Fintech or payment systems background
•Proficiency with analytics tools such as AppMetrica and Mixpanel
•Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
•Knowledge of cross-border payment flows
