Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end design from raw concept to final implementation, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship products quickly
•Extract insights from product manager and client feedback and translate them into concepts
•Manage stakeholder expectations and align stakeholders around a clear design direction
•Communicate verbally and tell visual stories using AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design to bring concepts to life
•Make design decisions informed by research, data, and user insights
Requirements
•Fluent in Arabic and English
•Comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage products
•Experience at both a startup and an established company, including at least one well-respected company with a strong product development culture
•Experience with B2B products for government or enterprise clients
•Prior work experience in the GCC
•Based in the GCC or open to relocating
•Hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms such as Cursor and Claude
•Degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design
•Strong portfolio demonstrating polish, professional presentation, and clear visual storytelling for broad audiences
Nice to have
•Experience at notable AI companies, technical background
Conditions
•Qatar residency and employment require permissions, including visas and permits, issued by Qatari authorities
•Successful candidates must provide documentation requested by Scale and the authorities to obtain permissions to live and work in Qatar; Scale will support the visa application process
