Responsibilities
•Own features end to end, leading design from discovery to delivery in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers
•Work with Compliance, Ops, Legal, and Content Design to turn regulatory requirements into clear, humane flows
•Run user research, analyze data, and translate insights into customer-focused design solutions
•Advocate for design best practices, help shape the product's evolution, use the design system, and support its scaling
•Apply AI in framing, research, and prototyping while maintaining quality, compliance, and craft
•Participate in design critiques and workshops to help the team improve
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience designing digital products that have shipped, ideally in cross-functional product teams
•Break down problems before proposing solutions and explain trade-offs using clear reasoning and data
•Portfolio demonstrating intuitive flows, refined interfaces, and attention to detail
•Experience owning projects from discovery through delivery and iteration
•Ability to advocate for ideas, build trust with cautious stakeholders, and persist after an initial rejection
•Use AI to work faster and know when designer judgment should take over
Nice to have
•Experience in fintech or another regulated domain
