Responsibilities
•Provide insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies, and future roadmaps
•Propose A/B tests and benchmark best practices in competitors' games
•Oversee tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection
•Develop dashboards and analyses that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics
•Build and maintain robust data pipelines
•Conduct product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a fast-paced environment, including building production-ready data pipelines
•Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
•Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
•Strong analytical and rigorous problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
•A strong sense of ownership, a builder's mindset, and intellectual curiosity
•Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
•Curiosity about games and player behavior, and comfort with ambiguity

•Experience with Tableau
•Experience with data modeling tools such as dbt
