About the Role
For our client, we are looking for a Product Analyst to support the development of products in the areas of Data Quality, Data Enrichment, and Artificial Intelligence. The role involves data and product quality analysis, AI model validation, and close collaboration with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
•Analyze product quality, data, and business results.
•Work with data to identify trends, irregularities, and areas for improvement.
•Create reports, analyses, and recommendations for business and technical stakeholders.
•Verify and validate the quality of data used by AI and Machine Learning models.
•Label and classify transactional data and merchant data.
•Test and validate new features, deployments, and changes to data processing workflows.
•Analyze classification errors, data quality, and AI model results.
•Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to improve model quality and training data.
•Document analysis and test results, and recommendations.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, QA Analyst, or in a similar role.
•Very strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
•Experience working with large datasets.
•Knowledge of SQL and data analysis and reporting tools.
•Experience in data quality, validation, testing, or business rule evaluation.
•Ability to conduct analyses independently and present findings.
•Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and AI.
•Very good command of English (C1).
Nice to have
•Experience analyzing transactional or financial data.
•Experience in data labeling, data annotation, or AI model validation.
•Knowledge of ML model evaluation metrics (Precision, Recall, Accuracy, F1 Score, Confusion Matrix).
•Experience in AI/ML, MLOps, or Data Platform environments.
•Knowledge of Google Vertex AI or similar platforms.
•Experience with regression testing, migration validation, and release management processes.
