Location: Asia Pacific, China, Beijing, Beijing
Work Location: Fully Onsite
What you will do
1.Production Process Management
•Establish, maintain and optimize production process standards and work instructions.
•Monitor critical process parameters (CPP) in production, ensuring compliant and controlled processes.
•Provide daily production technical support, resolving process anomalies during production.
•Organize investigations of process deviations, develop and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
2.Continuous Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement
•Analyze production efficiency, equipment utilization, quality loss and material loss data.
•Drive continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing, KOE, and TWM.
•Identify and implement improvement plans to reduce manufacturing costs, reduce waste, and improve OEE.
•Promote the implementation of digital and automation solutions on the production floor.
3.New Product Introduction (NPI)
•Participate in new product development and process manufacturability assessment.
•Responsible for trial run planning, process validation and production scale-up.
•Coordinate R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams to complete new product transfer.
•Support projects to achieve Speed to Market targets on schedule.
4.Process Validation and Change Management
•Conduct process qualification, process validation and revalidation activities.
•Responsible for process change assessment and implementation.
•Evaluate the impact of changes to production equipment, raw materials or packaging materials on product quality.
•Prepare validation reports and track improvement measures.
5.Quality and Compliance Management
•Ensure production processes comply with GMP, EHS and relevant company requirements.
•Cooperate with internal and external audits and inspections.
•Support quality issue investigations and root cause analysis.
•Drive continuous quality improvement of production processes.
6.Training and Technical Support
•Conduct process and operation training for production staff.
•Prepare and update process-related SOPs, WIs and training materials.
•Guide on-site operators to correctly execute process requirements.
