Your Role

•Support in developing communication and change strategies and plans in a global IT transformation project
•Creation and editing of content for various communication channels as well as material for trainings and workshops
•Conducting research and analyses to gather relevant information for Communication & Change
•Supporting the Project Management Office and coordinating global meetings and workshops
•Supporting the implementation of change initiatives, collecting feedback, and monitoring progress
Your Profile
We are looking for you starting 01.02.2027 or summer semester 2027, for 6 months:
•Current studies in Communication, Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Psychology, (Project) Management, or comparable
•Initial insights into project and change management, instructional design and theories of adult education desirable
•Analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as task management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
•Ability to create appealing and clear communication materials for different target audiences
•Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
