Your Tasks
•You enjoy variety? Then you are in the best hands in our HR department: with organizational skill and a hands-on mentality you support us in pre-screening applications as well as corresponding with applicants and our specialist departments.
•You get to know the entire range of tasks: from recruiting to onboarding to individually supporting our Young Talents throughout their entire training period.
•You also help us plan events and are fully involved on-site at our in-house events and job fairs.
•When we receive phone or written inquiries, you also get involved here.
•Together we are the first point of contact for all matters in the HR Young Talents area – not only for applicants, but also for managers.
Your Profile
•Enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's program in Business Administration, Business Psychology or similar, or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
•Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
•Independent, conceptual way of working as well as service orientation and organizational talent
•Willingness to help shape the world of tomorrow
•Very good written and spoken English
•Available from February 2027 for 6 months (please state the exact period including start date in your cover letter)
